Introduction
This series of automatic bottle shampoo liquid detergent filling machine with capping line is suitable for auto bottle filling packaging of various liquid, viscous liquid & foamy liquid filling, widely used for liquid detergent/cleanser filling, cosmetic filling, personal care product filling, pesticide filling, liquid fertilizer filling, oil filling etc. (Granuals & powder filling are also available & customized)
Bottle turntable, sterlizing, bottle labeling, ink printing & cartoning can be equipped based on needs.
Main features
1. The liquid piston filling machine can be equiped with bottle unscrambling machine, washing machine, capping machine & labeling machine ect. It combines with mechnism, phenumatics and electrics, totally in compliance with GMP & CE production requirements, making various bottle auto production lines possible & perfect.
2. Piston filling can be servo controlled or air cylinder penumatically controlled based on actual production, meeting various foamy or nonfoamy, explosive or non-explosive production requirements.
3. With PLC & touch screen system, it's easy to operate & maintain.
4. No bottle, no filling; auto counting, auto washing, breakdown self-detecting etc
5.Auto labling, laser printing (ink ject printing), bottle unscrambling machine, washing machine, bottle sleeving & overwrapping machine ect can be equipped. Our turnkey filling production line combines with mechnism, pneumatics and electrics, in compliance with GMP & CE production requirements.

1---If have stock machine?
For semi automatice machine, we all have stock. Can ship within 7 working days. For automatic machine, all have no stock. Automatic machines are customized made according to bottles and caps. It need place the order, then manufacture.
2---How long time to make?
For single machine, it takes from 10~30 working days. For whole filling line, it takes from 40~60 working days.
3---Ship from which port?
If by air, it is from Shanghai International Airport. If by sea, it is from Shanghai or Ningbo. Other seaport of China is also accepted.
4---The payment?
By TT. 50% in advance as downpayment , 50% balance before shipping.
-If can visit factory to check machines firstly, then place order?
